Although the rooms were a bit on the small side and the temperature control was not very effective, it didn't bother us much as we didn't complain about it. The service was exceptional, with the staff going above and beyond, even surprising my daughter for her birthday. The location was perfect, within walking distance to great shops and cafes. The dining was lovely, although a bit pricey, it didn't take away from the overall hotel experience.

My stay at the hotel was truly delightful. The room was clean and extremely comfortable, although it didn't quite exude a 5-star feel. The service was exceptional, with the staff making great efforts to ensure all our tour requests were met. The location was superb, just off the Champs Elysee with easy access to the metro station.
